Abstract
Mirizzi综合征(MD)是指胆囊颈或胆囊管结石嵌顿致肝总管狭窄,并发胆管炎、黄疸、肝功能损害的临床综合征,为梗阻性黄疸的少见原因,术前诊断困难.因MD存在解剖变异,故术中增加了胆管损伤的风险.近10年来,我院共收治该病患者38例,占同期单纯胆囊结石(589例)的6.45%.现结合其临床资料探讨本病的有效诊断及治疗方法.
