Abstract
BiPAP(Bi-level Positive Airway Pressu-re)呼吸机又称双水平正压通气机,是一种具有压力支持(PSV)和持续气道正压(CPAP)功能的定压型便携式呼吸机,能在呼吸相和呼气相按指定压力输出足够流量的气流,辅助患者实现通气.自1994年4月以来,我们应用BiPAP治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者31例,疗效满意.现报告如下.
