目前骨肉瘤的治疗仍以手术联合系统化疗为主,基因治疗、新辅助治疗等的研究也均取得了一定的进展,有望提高患者的生存率.但临床上一个主要的且尚未解决的问题是不能手术切除或复发转移的患者预后极差,需要有新的方法以改善预后.而化疗的发展改善了骨肉瘤患者的预后及保肢率,基因治疗及新辅助治疗等的研究进展为骨肉瘤的治疗带来了希望.
