心力衰竭(心衰)是一种常见的心血管系统疾病,而β肾上腺素能受体家族在心血管系统自身调节方面起到了至关重要的作用.新近发现的β3肾上腺素能受体(β3AR)因与β1AR、β2AR截然相反的负性肌力作用而受到较多关注.该文主要阐述β3 AR在心室肌和心房肌中的作用,并特别概述了患有心衰的老年人心肌β3 AR的变化及β3AR对老年性心衰的影响.
