Abstract
右位主动脉弓合并巨大Kommerell憩室极其罕见,由于其解剖结构复杂、巨大憩室易压迫纵隔和憩室破裂可导致患者死亡,开放手术治疗此类疾病存在较大难度.本文以"复合手术、Kommerell憩室、右位主动脉弓"为关键词,检索Pubmed搜索引擎,对相关文献和个案进行总结,并报道1例右位主动脉弓合并巨大Kommerell憩室成功实施Ⅰ型复合手术.针对右位主动脉弓合并巨大Kommerell憩室,复合手术创伤小、围术期和术后并发症发生率低,相较于传统开放手术是一种有效的替代术式.
