儿童急性呼吸窘迫综合征是临床常见病和危重症,其诊断标准与成人有区别,治疗上采用机械通气为主的综合措施.高频振荡通气具有潮气量小、气道压小且较恒定的生理特点,在通气中容量性损伤和压力性损伤较少,在治疗儿童急性呼吸窘迫综合征上有一定优势.本文就高频振荡通气在儿童急性呼吸窘迫综合征治疗进展进行综述.
