冠状动脉痉挛(GAS)是多种缺血性心脏病发生的共同病理基础,是心绞痛、心肌梗死、猝死等严重心血管事件的重要病因,因此研究CAS具有重要临床意义.但长期以来CAS的临床诊断和治疗均未得到足够重视.本文主要从CAS的流行病学、危险因素、发病机制、辅助检查和诊断以及治疗方面进行综述,旨在为广大临床工作者提供参考.
