过敏性紫癜是儿童常见的免疫介导的血管炎,易合并其他免疫相关性疾病,现报告1例如下.
1 病例简介
患儿,男,13岁.2005年,患儿无明显诱因出现低热伴双下肢出血点,尿潜血阳性,当时诊断:过敏性紫癜,紫癜性肾炎.给予中药及糖皮质激素治疗约1年好转(具体治疗不详),尿潜血阴性,无皮疹.
