Abstract
钙卫蛋白(calprotectin)是一种具有抗炎、抗微生物、抗增殖、参与细胞信号传递等多种生物学功能,能与钙结合的不均一的复合蛋白质,且其稳定性高,不受环境、温度影响,在肠道发生炎症的情况下含量升高,也可评价肠道炎症的活动性,可客观评价炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)疾病活动性、临床治疗效果及预测疾病复发有价值的亚临床标志物.本文就钙卫蛋白与IBD的研究进展进行综述.
