Abstract
艾滋病(Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, AIDS)是由人类免疫缺陷病毒(Human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)引起的一种严重的致死性传染病,目前已成为全球面临的最重大的公共卫生问题之一.自20世纪90年代中期开始,由于抗反转录病毒治疗(Antiretroviral therapy,ART)的推广使用,极大地延长了艾滋病患者的生存时间,改善了生活质量,使艾滋病成为了一种慢性可控制的疾病.因而,ART成为目前针对艾滋病最有效的治疗方式.
