Abstract
低灌注脑梗死是指颅内压低于正常压力时,引起脑部血流量明显下降、大脑组织缺血,从而出现一系列神经功能缺损症状,是一种较为少见的脑血管病. 足够的脑血流量( Cerebral blood flow,CBF)可以保证大脑的正常活动,脑灌注压与CBF 成正比,当平均动脉压介于8. 0 ～21. 3 kPa ( 60 ～160 mmHg )时, CBF的稳定依靠脑血管平滑肌的收缩或舒张,称 Bayliss效应[1].
