Abstract
冠状动脉通常走行于心外膜下脂肪组织中,如果冠状动脉在发育过程中,一部分冠脉走行于心肌纤维内,则该段冠状动脉称为壁冠状动脉(mural coronary artery,MCA),覆盖在该段冠状动脉上的心肌纤维称为心肌桥(myocardial bridge,MB).心肌桥现象最早是Reyman等在1737年注意到,20世纪20年代Grainicianu初次论述了他的存在,但直到1960年,Portmann和Lwing通过活体冠脉造影第一次报告了左侧冠脉前降支(LAD)在心脏收缩期发现的短暂闭塞,并首次引入心肌桥这一概念.
