地高辛中毒23例分析

Abstract
地高辛在慢性心力衰竭治疗中的价值早已得到肯定,对窦性心律或心房纤颤患者,均可改善症状、提高运动耐量和左室功能,长期应用不增加病死率,使用维持量疗法安全[1].由于多种因素影响,不乏临床中毒病例,近10年我院在地高辛的使用过程中发现中毒23例,现报告如下.
