食管癌术后乳糜胸的防治体会

Abstract
我院自1987年8月至1998年12月共行食管癌手术112例.其中1996年3月前的61例术后发生乳糜胸3例,发生率为4.0%.1996年3月以后的51例食管癌手术中,有选择性地为33例预防性的结扎胸导管主干后,无乳糜胸发生,效果满意.现报告如下.
