Abstract
谵妄是中枢神经系统急性功能障碍引起的疾病,在机械通气患者中具有较高的发生率,严重影响疾病预后.本文从ICU患者谵妄相关危险因素、临床表现、评估诊断、预防研究4个方面对国内外谵妄预防管理现状进行综述,并为目前国内ICU医护人员对谵妄的认知、相关评估流程及集束化策略的实施提出建议,以期为医护人员管理及预防谵妄提供参考.
