Abstract
肝癌是导致死亡的第二大癌症,其中肝细胞癌(HCC)是原发性肝癌的最主要类型.对于不适合手术切除或肝介入治疗的肝癌患者一直使用索拉非尼进行靶向治疗,但是索拉非尼的疗效不理想.近年来出现许多新的靶向药物,目前一些药物已进入或完成针对HCC的Ⅲ期临床试验.本文就肝细胞癌靶向治疗的研究进展做一综述.
