γδT淋巴细胞是T淋巴细胞的一种亚型,占T淋巴细胞的1％ ～10％,相比于αβT淋巴细胞和B细胞,其具有更独特的抗原受体,是一种主要组织相容性复合体非限制性的淋巴细胞,被认为是适应性免疫和先天性免疫的桥梁.研究显示,γδT淋巴细胞参与机体感染、癌症和其他相关疾病的免疫机制.本文就γδT淋巴细胞在呼吸疾病中的研究进展进行综述.
