Survivin是人类凋亡抑制蛋白(inhibitors of apoptotic protein,IAP)家族中的一员.Survivin主要特异性表达于人类胚胎和和发育的胎儿组织中,高表达于多数肿瘤组织.Survivin的作用机制主要包括抑制肿瘤细胞凋亡、参与细胞周期调控及促进血管形成.因此,Survivin可成为基因治疗的一个新靶点.
