防治肺部感染在抢救重型颅脑损伤中的临床意义

Abstract
目的 探讨防治肺部感染对重型颅脑损伤患者预后的影响.方法 回顾性分析近年收治的重型颅脑损伤患者200例,根据有无肺部感染分为肺部感染组和非肺部感染组.统计两组患者的病死率.结果 肺部感染组病死率明显高于非肺部感染组(P＜0.05). 结论防治肺部感染能明显改善重型颅脑损伤患者的预后,是抢救重型颅脑损伤的有效方法.
