Abstract
甲状腺瘤主要表现为颈前有形似核桃的局限性肿块,质地较硬,可随吞咽而上下移动[1].该病多数呈良性病变[2],但也可恶化为甲状腺癌,因此应尽早治疗.笔者采用小切口与传统手术治疗甲状腺瘤,以比较两种手术方法的临床疗效.现报告如下.
