患者女,60岁.因下腹部不适,粘液便3周入院.查体:皮肤未见黑痣,浅表淋巴结无肿大,心、肺、腹部无阳性体征.结肠镜检查见直肠粘膜粗糙,距肛门8～10cm处见3cm×3cm圆形带蒂息肉,蒂粗,紫色.因恐出血多,当时未取活检.
