Abstract
目前,临床上对于纵裂后牙的治疗,无论是口内直接粘接还是口外粘接再植,其成功率均偏低,远期疗效更不尽人意.因此,尽可能地保护隐裂牙防患于未然就显得尤为重要.由于隐裂牙不易发现,较多患者就诊时已并发牙髓炎或根尖周炎,为避免根管治疗期间隐裂牙的劈开,临时冠的应用起到了较好的保护作用.
