石杉碱甲等胆碱酯酶抑制剂(Chol inesterase inhibitors,CEI)作为益智药已广泛应用于轻度和中度老年痴呆患者的认知功能的临床治疗.新近的研究已经明确老年患者全麻术后认知障碍与中枢胆碱能神经功能暂时性的低下关系密切,发病机制与老年痴呆有共同之处[1].本研究根据石杉碱甲对老年人全麻的术前应用观察,探讨石杉碱甲对全麻术后胆碱能神经的影响.
