心血管介入诊疗技术日益发展和普及,心血管腔内有时出现一些介入相关异物.Amplatz鹅颈圈套柔韧圆滑,不损伤组织,有直径15、25、35mm等多种规格,均配6F导管使用,可360°旋转,非常灵活,是一种取心血管腔内异物很好的工具(图1).本文报道用Amplatz鹅颈圈套导管经鞘取出5例心血管腔内不同的异物.
