近年来结核病的发病率呈上升趋势,肠结核的发病也较前有所增加,其诊断主要依靠病理学检查.我们对肠结核患者,在给予规范抗结核治疗的同时,早期行完全胃肠外营养(TPN)治疗,当肠梗阻症状不能缓解时予以手术治疗,效果良好,现报道如下.
