Abstract
患儿,男,1岁5个月,因“发热8d”于2019年7月22日入院,热峰40.2℃,不规则热型,院外口服头孢地尼抗感染效果欠佳.入院查体精神一般,颈部、腋窝、腹股沟等处浅表淋巴结未触及肿大,双侧扁桃体Ⅰ度肿大,心肺无殊,肝脾肋下未触及,双侧巴氏征弱阳性.人院查血常规:WBC 9.95×109/L、中性粒细胞44.6％、淋巴细胞47.4％、Plt 197×109/L、Hb 92 g/L.尿常规:蛋白300 mg/L(+),红细胞49.9/μL.
