XRCC4在结直肠癌组织中的表达与PETCT SUV值的相关性

Abstract
目的 探讨XRCC4(X-ray cross-complementing group 4)作为检测结直肠癌的新型肿瘤标志物的应用价值.方法 收集术前行PETCT检查的结直肠癌患者的切除肿瘤组织21例,应用ELISA法检测肿瘤组织中XRCC4蛋白表达情况,并与术前PETCT的标准摄取值(SUV)相比对,进行相关性分析.结果 肿瘤组织内XRCC4蛋白高表达,且与PETCT中SUV值密切相关(P＜0.01).结论 XRCC4蛋白作为新一代肿瘤标志物可能参与肿瘤细胞的能量代谢;结合PETCT检查,XRCC4蛋白可为结直肠癌的诊断与治疗提供一种新的思路.
