Abstract
目的 探讨EnCor全自动真空辅助乳腺旋切系统在乳腺良性肿瘤治疗方面的价值.方法 选择2012年11月-2013年5月乳腺良性肿瘤患者311例(363枚肿瘤),利用EnCor全自动真空辅助乳腺旋切系统在B超引导下进行治疗.结果 311例患者平均手术时间为(13.42±6.07)min.术后瘀斑7例(2.25％),术后3个月随访发现完整切除无残留305例(98.07％).结论 超声引导下EnCor全自动真空辅助乳腺旋切系统在治疗乳腺良性肿瘤方面有良好的临床应用价值.
