Abstract
连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)已成为重症患者多脏器功能衰竭的重要治疗措施.为防止治疗过程中体外循环发生凝血,需给予适当抗凝.由于维持性血液透析患者本身存在凝血功能障碍又合并消化道出血,不能使用肝素抗凝.因此,寻找恰当抗凝方法是血液净化领域研究的重要课题.
