Abstract
临床诊断青光眼主要根据眼压、房角、视盘及视野缺损变化.但部分青光眼患者早期仅有眼压改变或视杯增大而无视野改变,而眼压改变并一定有视功能障碍.视觉电生理可以反映视神经及视网膜的功能状况,具有无创、客观的特点,是研究和诊断儿童眼科疾病的重要方法.
