Abstract
卵巢中白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)可能参与卵泡发育、卵子成熟、排卵等生殖过程,同时IL-1β的活性也受到甾体激素、促性腺激素的调节.本文通过对体外授精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)周期和正常月经周期宫颈粘液中IL-1β水平的比较,来探讨促性腺激素对IL-1β的调节作用.
