Abstract
痛风是一种常见的慢性炎症性疾病,以其急性发病中的红肿热痛为特征,但它能在几天内自行消退,这其中的发病过程非常复杂.近年来中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(neutrophil extracellular traps,NETs)作为一种新的抗炎机制,被发现在痛风的炎症消退反应中也起着重要的作用.在这篇综述中,笔者将讨论在痛风炎症机制中与NETs相关的细胞因子、NETs的经典释放途径以及其在痛风炎症反应中的作用.研究NETs的作用将有助于开发新的治疗方法.
