Abstract
目的:总结肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的CT影像表现,提高其诊断的准确性.方法:回顾性分析4例经手术证实为肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的CT影像资料,分析其影像特点及其鉴别诊断.结果:4例病例中3例位于左侧,1例位于右侧.肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的CT影像主要具良性征象,与周围组织结构清晰,实质呈略低密度,可以有散在斑点钙化,增强病变实质强化不明显,内见线样、条片状轻度强化.结论:肾上腺节细胞神经瘤是少见的良性肿瘤,CT影像表现有一定的特点.
