Abstract
放疗是治疗恶性肿瘤的主要手段之一,但由于放疗抵抗现象的存在,放疗效果并不尽如人意.为缓解放疗抵抗,提高放疗效果,放疗增敏剂应运而生.RRx-001作为新近被发现的放疗增敏剂,表现出了良好的临床应用前景.本文就RRx-001的来源、安全性、放疗增敏活性及相关机制的研究进展进行综述.
