Abstract
目的：分析老年慢性硬膜下血肿(CSDH)的临床特点及手术治疗。方法回顾分析老年CSDH患者的临床特点、影像学资料、治疗方法和结果。结果本组136例患者手术均采用颅骨钻孔引流术。结论老年患者CSDH 的早期诊断，颅骨钻孔引流是治疗老年CSDH的首选方法。
