Abstract
目的 观察CO2激光结合敷磁法治疗草莓状血管瘤的疗效.方法 先用CO2激光选择连续脉冲,烧灼血管瘤到正常组织水平,待脱痂后对未治疗彻底的血管瘤用敷磁法治疗,治疗草莓状血管瘤176例.结果 治愈163例,治愈率为92.6％,总有效率为100％.治疗次数平均为1.23次.结论 采用CO2激光结合敷磁法治疗草莓状血管瘤疗效肯定,治愈率高,疗程短,无明显瘢痕形成.
