Abstract
T淋巴细胞和NK细胞是免疫系统具有重要的免疫活性细胞,在抗肿瘤过程中发挥着重要作用.我们应用APAAP桥联酶标法和MTT比色法,检测了30例直肠癌和28例胃癌患者手术前、后T淋巴细胞亚群和NK细胞数量的变化及其疾病恢复的关系.
