Abstract
目的 探讨肥胖对中老年女性甲状腺结节发病状况的影响.方法 采用分层整群抽样方法分析100例肥胖女性的甲状腺显像资料.结果 肥胖女性甲状腺结节检出率为49.01％(25/51),高于中老年女性甲状腺结节平均检出率31％(31/100),且随年龄增长而显著升高(P＜0.05).结论 肥胖会导致中老年女性甲状腺结节的发生率增加.
