Abstract
术后早期炎性肠梗阻(EPISBO)是腹部手术后常见的并发症,Stewart等[1]报告约占术后肠梗阻的1/5;可见,此类肠梗阻并非少见,但往往不被大家所认识.此类肠梗阻在临床表现及处理方法上均有其特殊性,处理不当会增加病人不必要的痛苦和某些严重并发症.本组31例术后早期炎性肠梗阻均经保守疗法治愈.现报告如下.
