Abstract
前交叉韧带(Anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)胫骨止点撕脱骨折的发生率在如今的生活中显著增高.据统计,在人群中的发生率每年约3/10万.笔者在临床工作中,入院病人患ACL撕脱骨折的发生率要远高于该统计数据.Poncet描述并提出了ACL撕脱骨折及其治疗方式,距今已有144年余,笔者从中国知网(CNKI)、迈特思创(FMRS)、万方医学网等数据网站整理了近数年国内外的术式,为便于临床医务工作者的学习研究,现综述如下.
