中药摩罗丹用于治疗慢性胃炎临床上尚未有不良反应的报道.笔者接诊1例因超量服用摩罗丹致药物性肝损伤的病例,通过激素治疗肝功能得到了改善.提示患者切记不可私自增加治疗药物的量和品种,同时要考虑药食同源食品的影响.
