Abstract
高危人群血清肿瘤标记物的检测对于肝细胞癌的早期发现意义重大.研究表明维生素K缺乏或拮抗剂Ⅱ诱导蛋白(PIVKA-Ⅱ)在肝细胞癌的早期诊断、鉴别诊断中,其敏感性、特异度明显优于传统指标血清甲胎蛋白(AFP),联合检测诊断价值更大.手术切除术、肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)或射频消融术(RFA)术后随访动态监测可以有效预测预后.
