Abstract
甲状旁腺激素(PTH)的主要功能是调节体内钙和磷的代谢.甲状旁腺腺瘤、增生、腺癌等均可引起PTH分泌异常增加,从而导致机体高血钙和低血磷等代谢紊乱.监测及控制PTH水平,可为甲状旁腺手术及慢性肾病患者持续临床管理提供重要指导.现就PTH检测在临床上的应用作一综述.
