Abstract
文章对319对老年(≥60岁)夫妻生活质量状况进行调查,结果显示,老年夫妻丧偶率为28.37%,生活质量"良"性率为32.1%,平原地区的"良"性率显著高于丘陵地区和山区,P＜0.01;影响老年夫妻生活质量的前三项因素依次为慢性病、经济困难、配偶去世.发展农村经济是提高老年人生活质量的重要环节.
