Abstract

目的:探讨急性阑尾炎螺旋CT平扫的影像表现特点.方法:回顾性分析32例急性阑尾炎患者的CT影像资料,分析其CT表现及其特征.结果:阑尾肿大(包括阑尾壁增厚、腔内积液)16例;阑尾粪石9例;盲肠周围炎性改变19例;盲肠末端局限性增厚2例;右下腹脓肿3例.结论:螺旋CT检查是急诊中明确急性阑尾炎的检查方法,对临床诊断不明的病例有一定帮助.
