Abstract
目的 探讨带尾孔针结合钛缆张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效.方法 对35例髌骨骨折患者,采用带尾孔针结合钛缆张力带内固定.结果 35例患者获得随访6 ～ 24个月,平均11个月.切口均Ⅰ期愈合.骨折均愈合,愈合时间4～10周,平均6周.按Bostman髌骨骨折疗效评价标准评定疗效:优30例,良5例,优良率100％ (35/35).无骨折移位、内固定松动或断裂、切口感染等并发症.结论 带尾孔针结合钛缆张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折,手术方法简单,固定牢固,并发症少,膝关节功能恢复好.
