Abstract
目的 探讨Kugel疝修补在腹股沟疝合并肝硬化患者中的应用价值.方法 回顾性分析36例应用Kugel疝修补治疗的腹股沟疝合并肝硬化患者的临床资料.结果 36例患者手术均取得成功,术后切口出现渗血、皮下淤斑7例,阴囊积液2例,异物感及疼痛感1例.28例患者获得2～5年随访,随访期间手术侧疝无复发,3例术后对侧发生新发疝.结论 Kugel疝修补适合在腹股沟疝合并肝硬化患者中应用.
