剖宫产术子宫下段横切口撕裂的分析与处理

Abstract
目的 探讨剖宫产术子宫下段横切口撕裂的相关因素及防治方法.方法 回顾性分析860例行子宫下段剖宫产患者的临床资料.结果 子宫下段横切口撕裂患者共216例,占剖宫产总数的25.12％(216/860),胎先露低(胎先露≥+2)发生切口撕裂的比例最高,其次枕横位、枕后位、麻醉效果也是切口撕裂的影响因素.结论 剖宫产子宫下段横切口撕裂与麻醉效果、胎先露高低及胎方位有密切联系.
