Abstract
外周原始神经外胚层肿瘤(peripheral primitive neuroectodermal tumors,pPNET)是一种由原始未分化的小圆细胞组成的恶性肿瘤,属于尤因肉瘤家族,具有相同的同源染色体易位,主要发生于儿童及青少年的骨骼系统.原发性骨外原始神经外胚层肿瘤(primitive neuroectodermal tumors,PNET)很少侵及女性生殖系统,而发生于外阴部更为罕见.目前国外仅有十余例报道[1-3],而国内只有4例报道[4-5].我院于2012年6月收治1例外阴PNET患者,报道如下.
