Abstract
1981年Currarino提出Currarino综合征,指骶骨发育畸形、肛直肠畸形、骶前肿块.肛直肠畸形包括直肠狭窄、直肠会阴瘘、直肠尿道瘘、直肠前庭瘘.骶前肿块有脊膜膨出、畸胎瘤、皮样囊肿、直肠重复畸形或其他肿瘤.随着临床对Currarino综合征的认识增加,B超、CT、MRI检查条件改善,了解如有上述畸形之一存在,必须继续研究其是否伴有其他畸形的存在,方能发现Currarino综合征.
